When linking to Aetna DocFind, follow these simple steps to search for a provider:
- Enter the geographic information for the area where you wish to find a participating provider.
- Under "Provider Category" select the category for the type of provider you wish to find.
- Under "Provider Type", select the type of provider you are looking for.
- Select a Plan. Within the drop down menu select either:
Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access);
Aetna Select (Open Access); or CompCare
- You can fill in Additional Search Criteria to narrow your search by specialty, hospital affiliation and/or name.
- Select "Start Search."
