The Aetna Select Plan provides quality care for a low out-of-pocket cost.

How the Plan Works
The plan has no deductible and no coinsurance for most services. You pay a low flat fee (called a copay) for most covered services. Some of the plan's copay amounts are shown in the Summary of Benefits chart.

Who Provides Your Care
With Aetna Select, you have access to Aetna’s extensive provider network, with approximately 462,000 primary care physicians and specialists, and 4,700 hospitals across the United States. For an up-to-date listing of participating providers, log on to DocFind and enter your search criteria to locate network providers in your zip code area.

When you enroll in the plan, you can select a primary care physician (PCP) for yourself and each covered family member from Aetna's network of participating providers, although your plan does not require that you do so. Besides providing routine and basic care, your PCP will handle any precertification required for certain types of care. You may choose a different PCP for each member of your family. Click here for more information on PCPs.

Note: If you live outside an Aetna network, you may enroll in Aetna Choice POS II and use the plan's out-of-network coverage.
